The "Paketshop Manager" App is intended exclusively for businesses/entrepreneurs.
The App is not intended for consumers. By registering and using the App, you confirm that you are a business/entrepreneur and use the App exclusively for business purposes.
These Terms apply to all contracts between the Provider and the User regarding the use of the App.

All prices include statutory VAT.
New customers receive a one-time, free trial period of 30 days. After expiry of the trial period, the subscription is automatically converted into a paid subscription, unless you cancel before the expiry of the trial period.
The contract is concluded when the customer downloads the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and accepts the terms of use.
Payment processing is carried out exclusively via Apple or Google.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the term.
Cancellation is made directly via the subscription management of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. No proportional refund is granted in the event of early cancellation.
When using the App, the customer processes personal data of parcel recipients and is responsible for this within the meaning of the GDPR.
Upon contract conclusion, the customer receives a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the subscription.

The Provider does not guarantee 100% recognition accuracy. The customer is obliged to check all recognized data.
Shortened inspection and notification obligations apply, as well as a shortened warranty period of 12 months.
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to change these Terms. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. If the customer does not object within 30 days, the changed Terms are deemed accepted.
Irish law applies. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Dublin, Ireland.
