What does the App cost?
The App is free for the first 30 days. After that, the subscription costs:
If you don't want to continue, you can cancel before the 30 days end without any charge.
How does the automatic recognition work?
The App uses on-device OCR (text recognition). When you scan a parcel label, the text is read from the image and automatically searched for the recipient name and parcel carrier. If the recognition is incorrect, you can adjust the data manually.
Is my parcel data uploaded to the cloud?
No. All parcel data remains exclusively on your device. There is no transmission to our servers.
How can I learn more about the App?
In the settings, you'll find the "Tutorial" option. There you can review the onboarding tutorial at any time.
How does local learning work?
If the OCR recognition incorrectly identifies a name and you correct it, the App remembers this. The next time the same pattern appears, the recognition will automatically be correct. No specific recipient names are stored, only patterns.
How do I change the language?
Settings → Language → Choose: Deutsch, English, Türkçe, or العربية.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
What happens to my data when I cancel?
When you cancel your subscription, it remains active until the end of the paid period. After that, the App will be locked and you need to subscribe again to continue using it. Your data remains on the device – if you subscribe again later, everything will be available immediately.
Does the App work without internet?
Yes! The OCR recognition runs entirely on the device. You only need internet for updates from the App Store.
Which parcel carriers are recognized?
DHL, UPS, GLS, Hermes, DPD, and "Other" for others.
